Job Description

TLI Home is looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant. The Sales Administrative Assistant is a key player in sales and production operations. This role is responsible for supporting needs of the sales/merchandising and production team and ensuring all orders flow through the system smoothly.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory and available to sell reports in Excel and ERP
• Support Sales team and Business manager with price negotiations and sample approvals
• Email communication with factories and vendor relations
• Ensure product sample library is up to date
• Maintain, coordinate, and track factory samples
• Process customer sales orders and purchase orders with factories
• Data entry of sales orders in ERP system
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Dept Head to support the business needs

Job Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years in an administrative capacity, preferably in the fashion industry
• High energy level, positive attitude and ability to multi-task
• Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills (V-lookups, Pivot tables)
• Must work well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Strong organizational skills
